I am just curious why you do not eat natural protiens, but then are willing to eat an altered and manufacured dirivative of what you do not eat. Not a single pill on the market is noticed as being an authentic source of vitamins by the FDA. The reason why is that once the product is cooked, proccessed and molded into a pill there is absolutely no source of vitamins left.
If you are looking for protien then my suggestion would be to start drinking soy milk and looking for soy products, High yeilds of protien content and it is a natural product of nature ;)

A daily Multivitamin should cover most of the vitamins. I will also suggest you to take supplements of codliver oil since they have essential omega-3 acids that are good for us but the natural source is only fish.

It's what you do eat that's important. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits and also eat soy products, beans and whole grains. Soy milk is fortified with B12 and that's the one nutrient you can't get from anything but meat. Take a B12 and a flax seed oil supplement if you feel like it.

iron and calcium for sure! A good multivitamin and mineral supplement like Centrum (or store brand) ought to serve you well. Drink w/ some orange juice to help absorption of the nutrients.
