in filipino terms, watusi is a small red stick, which is played with by children on New Year's day to create sparks.
they scrub this on rough surfaces such as concrete to create friction and by doing so, the watusi pops until it is totally consumed. eating one like this would get you poisoned

The watusi is a breed of cattle found mostly in Africa they are known for their meat and their milk production there is about 2.9 million in the world. If you go to google and do an image search I will pull up cattle with huge horns.
