When your vagina isn't properly lubricated, it can feel itchy and irritated. Vaginal dryness may make some daily activities uncomfortable, and it can make sexual intercourse less pleasurable.Vaginal dryness is a common condition. It can affect women of all ages, though vaginal dryness most often occurs during and after the menopausal transition. An estimated 10 percent to 40 percent of women who've reached menopause have signs and symptoms related to vaginal dryness.
A number of self-care measures and medical treatments can help you reduce vaginal dryness.
If vaginal dryness is due to a lack of adequate estrogen and if self-care measures don't correct the problem, vaginal estrogen therapy may be helpful. Vaginal estrogen therapy comes in several forms:
Vaginal estrogen cream (Estrace, Premarin, others). You insert this cream directly into your vagina with an applicator, usually at bedtime. Your doctor will let you know how much cream to use and how often to insert it, generally two or three times a week.
Vaginal estrogen ring (Estring). A soft, flexible ring is inserted into the upper part of the vagina by you or your doctor. The ring releases a consistent dose of estrogen while in place, and needs to be replaced about every three months.
Vaginal estrogen tablet (Vagifem). You use a disposable applicator to place a vaginal estrogen tablet in your vagina. Your doctor will let you know how often to insert the tablet, usually twice a week.
If vaginal dryness is associated with other symptoms of menopause, such as moderate or severe hot flashes, your doctor may suggest estrogen pills, patches, gel or a higher dose estrogen ring. Talk to your doctor to decide if estrogen treatment is an option and, if so, which type is best for you

Use some type of lubrication and ask her are there other ways of four play that might turn her on. There could be a number of other things from her past that makes her uncomfortable with sex. Sit down and talk to your mate and see what answers you come up with

It may be advisable to buy and use a personal lubricant. Some women simply don't produce much vaginal lubrication, and sex may be painful as a result.
The personal lubricant should help ease intercourse. If you're using condoms or other latex-based contraceptives, use a water-based lubricant.

try the KY warming liquid, can be bought at almost any store. This has something in it that makes her feel tingly and elminates the need for some foreplay. If that doesnt work- have her go to the OB/GYN and have him take a look at her.

sounds like a mental block to me,, somehow she feels uncomfortable and tenses up when the act is about to happen. if she isn't comfortable there is no way she is going to " open the gates" if you know what i mean. Its up to you dude to make her feel like its OK and sex is supposed to be fun and RELAXING your married so there is no crime in getting some tail. figure out why she is so tense and correct it and the juices will flow, and the pain she feels will be replaces with pleasure.

Get some damn KY Jelly, if she is still feeling pain when you use that, you need to see a doctor, she could have something medically wrong.

she needs to see a gynecologist, and let the doctor know what exactly is going on.
they should hopefully be able to help you both with this unfortunate problem.
