No question about it... MORIMOTO ROCKS!
When the Yahoo! Answers Brainiacs were in the Big Purple Brain in Times Square for the Ask the Planet campaign kickoff, they brought in two huge platters of Morimoto sushi on our last night. It was such a work of art, at first we were afraid to eat it. Then once we started eating, it tasted so good we couldn't stop until it was GONE! One of the best highlights of the Big Purple Brain experience, as far as THIS Brainiac is concerned. Although meeting Todd English in the Big Purple Brain was top of my hit list too.

Definately Sakai in Japan. In the U.S. Morimoto is the best chef but Batali is more in tune with American tastes.
