I'm not a great cook. I'm noticing there are a lot of recipes that don't take a lot of skill if you have a food processor. So, I'm buying one! :)

Any favorites you'd like to share? Or if anyone knows of a good site or cookbook?

Some of my fav food processor recipes are already included in the answers people gave, but one that is not is GUACAMOLE. This is an avocado based mexican dip, excelent for tortilla chips or crackers, bread and even on meat, chicken or as a salad dip.

Take very red tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, Peppers in all colors, green yellow and red (one of each). a boiled egg, red onion, and of course a mature -soft to the touch- avocado ( I prefer avocados coming from southamerica instead of israelian ones which tend to be colorless and tasteless).

Basically chop your ingredients in cubes or small parts. Then open the avocado with a knife, take out the seed (yes, that huge center ball which seems made out of wood) and with a spoon take the inside and put it in the processor with the rest of the ingredients. Add half a teaspoon of salt and pepper, a teaspoon of tabaco suace, a teaspoon of worcestchire sauce. Finally serve and enjoy!

Hummous!
Can of garbanzo beans, just a little of the juice from it...clove of garlic, I like at least 3 cloves but I am a garlicaholic...small teaspoon of tahini...little bit of salt...fresh lemon juice to taste. Get creative and add other spices or ingredients that you may like in it...
Blend well til semi smoothe in your new processor and eat with warm pita!
*Tahini is a sesame paste you can buy at any arabic market.

queso. you could mix velveeta cheese with jalapeno peppers and then melt it in the microwave.

salsa. tomatoes, habaneros, cilantro, onions. add black olives if you want, it's good that way too.

whitefish salad. take the bones out of your whitefish, add some chopped celery and onions and some mayo, mix it all up in a bowl, put it in the food processor, and put it on matzoh. YUMYUMYUM

pasta. boil your pasta. while it's cooking, put some olive oil and lots of basil into the processor. instant pesto sauce!

those are mine, but there's more here:
