Rowbeanie..Anyone can have a heart attack. It does NOT have anything to do with a persons age. Young or old, it can happen. If you are having questions about this then you must be having some problems. Please, Please for your sake and the babies, go see a Cardiologist.

I wish you and this new born baby or whoever you are talking about, I wish them well.

It's possible but not usually from a heart disease (unless it's genetic) but if she has a clot travelling from anywhere in her body that blocks the blood vessels in the heart, it could happen. A heart attack it when a clot whether in the same artery or travelling from other parts of the body blocks the blood vessel (in the heart) and deprives it of oxygen, causing the (heart) muscle to die.

Everyone on this website is so stupid. Yes, I suppose you COULD have a heart attack. Your head COULD fall off randomly. You body COULD spontaneously catch on fire.
Is it common, however? No. Not at all.
I wouldn't worry-- if you're feeling the symptoms of a heart attack, it's most likely something else.

Pregnancy puts more strain on your heart, pumping more blood to you and the baby, so yes it is possible, but highly unlikely. It could be a panic attack, heartburn, indigestion. Get it checked out by a doctor.
