a sandwich made with whole wheat bread, hummus, cheese, avocado, and spinage. Then on the side either some brown rice chips or a small salad.

Egg, sausage and Bacon with fried bread, or maybe Gammon, egg and chips; it's a hard choice.
I think I'll stick with the former though.
