No you can not get an STI from a Brazilian wax. And I know you mean STI (sexually transmitted infection) not STD, like the other girl. I actually like the term STI better because it is an infection not a "disease".
But anyway, back to your question, you can not get any STIs from that. STIs are sexually transmitted.

There should not be any chance of getting an STD form getting waxed.
If your unsure of how clean the place is, ask questions.
Ask to have brand new products used on you, be aware of your surroundings, is the place clean, do the sheets smell clean, most important, is the bathroom clean, that's a good indication of how they keep their shop.

I'm guessing you mean STD's, and no you can't. If you are worried about it just ask for a new waxing cloth. They shouldn't be re-using them, but some places might wash them and re-use them. In which case hot water and bleach would kill off any nasty little bacteria.
