Awesome!!! Have you tried peanut butter, tomato, and mayo? Or how about peanut butter, mayo, and dill pickles? My dad got me hooked on the latter, my mother told me about the former. All are quite, quite good! My wife and kids think I'm nuts for eating these sandwiches but they are just too good -- and good for you if you go light on the mayo.
Be sure to use whole grain bread for these, too!

I like banana/any fruit with peanut butter but I haven't tried to sandwich them. Is it good?
