I also have a lot of luck with Epicurious, which give both Bon Appetit and Gourmet recipes. Try the Advanced Search section, and choose 'meatless.'

they have a vegetarian section, and you can pick from maindishes to desserts and everything in between. you can also change the number of serving you want it for, and it will convert the amount of ingredients for you! it also tells you the calories & lets you get coupons!
