I think because you can just order by the number on the menu...And I usually get a wrong order at McDonald's all the time. I say NO MUSTARD. I hate mustard......and i usually get one with mustard on it. One time I showed the receipt to the Manager and told her....I asked for NO MUSTARD. And all that is on here is MUSTARD. I want a refund and YOU can eat this hamburger.......

For survival i guess. Competition within the Chinese is tough. Population is rising. To survive and keep the job, you cannot go wrong. A few mistakes and you will be out of job. And there are thousands out there vying for it.

Because even if they got their orders wrong, most of their food they hide in a bunch of green stuff. You order shrimp chezuan (sp?) and it would be like three shrimps and lots of green stuff. If they messed up, you wouldnt be able to tell anyway until you tried to dig for the shrimp.

Because all the plates are based on rats, so you can't tell the difference.
Now, 5 forks Chinese restaurants do not serve rat food... they use hamsters or lemmings.

i've been to a few that have gotten things wrong before!!!

it comes down to two things:
how busy the restaurant is
how well your server listens

sounds like you've found a place that has the perfect combination of both

They order by numbers and the food is pretty much all the same so no one would never really know if it was correct.

i have had it take position a pair cases, yet for me it is not any longer a huge deal. the persons in the back of the counter are purely like you and me, and blunders take position. it ought to get annoying in the experience that they were to shrink to rubble your foodstuff on a similar position each and every time, yet except that it is not any huge deal. The ketchup and mustard on excellent of the burger is somewhat ridiculous though haha.
