Uncontrolled diabetes, in which your blood sugar is high, usually causes thirst more than hunger. Unexplained weight loss, and a change in body odor to a sweetish smell similar to fingernail polish remover.
Many in my family have diabetes, mostly Type 2. The amazing thing is that several had long glucose tolerance tests, and those tests were abnormal, in that the three and four hour blood glucose levels were well below the fasting level, and this was monitored in some of us, for many years before actual diabetes occurred.
If your blood glucose level gets low enough, shaking, weakness, hunger, and other symmptoms occur. Actually really low glucose levels are more dangerous than really high levels. Diabetics who take insulin without food, or too much exercise, can get their glucose levels so low they can go into shock. Shock, if severe, can kill instantly, whereas diabetic coma develops more slowly, and can be treated over several hours.

Here are some of the symptoms of diabetes: 1. POLYDIPSIA -meaning always thirsty 2.POLYPHAGIA- always hungry and 3. POLYURIA- frequent urination. If these are all present then you are possible diabetic person. As i assess your case, it is just hunger. You are experiencing hypoglycemia when your legs are shaking. You see, your body needs food to convert to energy so when you don't eat anything you will sure be feeling weak. Then give an hour or two for the food to be digested and converted to energy.Maybe you are also experiencing ulcers in GIT..(this happens when you're stomach don't have anything to digest and the acid will start to consume the mucosal area of your stomach. This will really hurt so you have to eat at the right time and with the right amount of food. If this symptoms persist, you have to see a doctor to give you medications on how controlling the acids on your stomach. Hope this helps. God bless!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

It is one symptom of diabetes. You would also notice that you are thirsty and peeing a lot. You're vision might also be affected.
Don't laugh but it sounds like you might have some kind of bug or tapeworm. Have you travelled out of the country recently?
Definitely worth a trip to the doctor, or better yet, a naturpathic doctor.

It sounds like hypoglycemia, which is a form of diabetes (low blood sugar). This woul dbe controled by diet and not medications.
Honey it sounds like you may not be eating regularly. try eating at the same time everyday. Breakfast 7AM, Lunch around 1PM, dinner at 6PM, of course you can snack in between and try not to skip any meals. Make sure your meals are balanced (carbs, vegetables, protein, dairy). Check out the food pyramid from the FDA. Always keep a hard sugar candy near by if you start to feel these symptoms again take the candy & see what happens.

You need to see a doctor. This could be something like an intestinal parasite, or something.
It could also be an ulcer. Ulcers make it feel like something is gnawing at your stomach. Eating won't help the pain, either. It will, sometimes, make it worse.
If you're gaining weight, it's probably an ulcer. If you're losing, though, it could be a parasite, ESPECIALLY if you've been out of the country.
Go get it checked.
