Can you spread the hpv virus once your body gets rid of it? Also how common is it? I have the one that causes cancer cells not the one that causes warts.

Yes, you can still spread it. Sorry to hear about that. You need to make sure that you always use condoms during sex--you have a Virus, and Viruses last for life--like HIV.

there only one hpv virus and it causes warts and can cause cervical cancer...you never get rid of it . it is for life...yes you can spread it..

I believe they say once you have 2 normal paps you are clear and then you can't spread it to anyone. As long as you are using condoms it would be unlikely that you would spread it.
