My 21st B-day is Sun. Oct 1st. Where should I go with friends on Sat and Sun nights in Washington DC?

I am looking for something nice maybe more of a lounge vibe with good dancing and I would like to reserve a table or something for about 10-15 ppl but don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for the convenience. Looking at the Reef in Adams Morgan for Sunday.
