A vegetarian always comes in my restaurant and treats me like I am stupid saying stuff like, "DO NOT LET MY FOOD TOUCH ANYTHING THAT HAS TOUCHED MEAT" so I always put a god glob of meat grease in his food and little pieces of bacon crunched up, so my question is what would be better, telling him after 2 weeks that I have been doing this or just keep doing it indefinately?

Keep doing it, and leave it a few months or years before you tell him.

Mwa ha ha ha!

I hope you're kidding. If not, you need an attitude adjustment. People can tell when they walk into a restaurant if eating there will be a relaxed, pleasant experience.

I can see from the way you treat your customers that someone with an eating disorder would immediately get your bad vibes...no wonder he's set off. The real question is...Why does he or anyone else want to eat at your place.

I can't believe you would do that!!! But now that you have, I would tell him. Don't do it anymore, it's very mean and insensitive!Maybe he is not eating meat for health reasons such as his cholesterol. It's his choice, and if you work as a chef you should be mature enough to handle that! I think that's an evil thing to do to someone.

You are just an jerk and should not be allowed to cook anywhere. There could be a medical reason that he has that request. Do you really think that he asks just to make you mad. Grow up.

Ask him if he touches his own meat.

Does it really matter? I'd tell him his expectations are too high, and to go somewhere else.
