Generaly they feel really run down until they go to dialysis.
It will throw your body's electrolytes out of balance, possibly fatally. You may get abnormal heart rhythms, chest pains, etc. Most dialysis centers are really good about rescheduling missed appointments. If it's difficult to get to dialysis, there may be an option for at-home dialysis.

Try to keep with your scheduled appointments. Dialysis helps keep you alive without it you would DIE.
