Toaster ovens tend to burn the outside and leave the inside cold/frozen. Microwaves make them squishy.

Thaw frozen samosas in the fridge before reheating them. Reheat in the fryer or the oven .They're also delicious, if a tad less crisp, arranged in a single layer on a baking sheet and put in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes. Don't put them in the microwave; it would turn the samosa's crust soggy and limp.

Put them in a sealed container.

Microwave them to defrost them and then put them in the toaster oven to toast them

reheat in a regular oven at 300 deg F. you can wrap them in foil & reheat in a toaster oven.

do NOT re-fry them, they become greasy
