It sounds like a yeast infection or diabetes or both. I would wish you could get over your fear of doctors. They are there to help you with these concerns. The symptoms are going to be worse without intervention!
Supposing you do have diabetes, the health risk managment centre will help you to get used to needles and they have some strategies to help you with this. Remember that they have made advances in giving needles recently that make it far more bearable. The needles are a lot smaller now and they don't hurt as much going in.

Can I just say, I had the majority of these symptoms and finnaly i plucked up the coureage to go to the docs, and do u know what?
after all the worrying of needles and being examined all i had to do was provide a urine sample!
easy p(EE)sy :-)

though in the end i didnt have diabeties as suspected.
Honestly though, its really easy
A) to diagnose and
B) to treat,

so go for it, its one of the best things u can do

It sounds a lot like you have type 1 diabetes, my younger brother who was diagnosed also had those symtoms. Also if you have any of the following: cuts that are slower to heal than normally,
having dry, itchy skin
losing feeling in or having tingling in the hands or feet, or
having blurry vision. If you have one or more of those you should deffinetly go see a doctor. And don't wait long, because diabtes is very dangerous when left untreated. Good luck.

Many common natural remedies are claimed to have blood sugar lowering properties that make them useful for people with or at high risk of diabetes. Learn here https://tr.im/APvTd

A number of clinical studies have been carried out in recent years that show potential links between herbal therapies and improved blood glucose control, which has led to an increase in people with diabetes using these more 'natural' ingredients to help manage their condition.

How can you have a constant need for suger AND lack of appetite?
Thirst (polydipsia) and passing lots of urine (polyurea) are the classic signs of type II diabetes.
Weight loss is associated with type I diabetes but it happens over a brief time and is diagnosed quickly.

It is possible that you have diabetes but not necessarily so... easy to find out though, go see your doctor who will check your blood sugar.

All of your above symptoms, bar the constant need for sugar, would point towards type 1 diabetes: if you are under 40y/o, and the weight loss has been quiet rapid and not related to a new diet/exercise regime, i think you are prob diabetic.

YES, most of those are warning signs of type 1 Diabetes, get to your Dr. so he/she can get a urine dip to see if there is glucose in your urine and a fasting glucose blood test. Nothing to eat or drink for 8-12 hours, no candy no gum, no soda, nothing but water. You can brush your teeth. Go ASAP. Seriously!!!

Does your breath smell of nail varnish, that's a good indicator, but the rest of the symptoms it sound likely. Best go to the Dr's and find out for sure, it really isn't that bad to live with.

I have all of these and I am not diabetic. My dr does stress me getting tested every 6 months or so, but so far nothing. This has been going on for several years.
