I should add that I am talking about Genital Herpes, please. Cold sores... Well I know a few monogamous couples where one partner gets cold sores, though on their mouth. Does that really indicated that they have Genital Herpes?

Yes. I think alot of people do. You notice it alot on peoples mouths. They probably dont even know

I have had genital herpes for 5 years. There is no "early treatment". Once you have it you will always have it. There are herbal medications and such, but they don't work. The only thing you can do is treat the outbreaks with medicine.

Herpes or sore mouth etc are curable.Habits are the reason.People donot clean or wash mouth or private parts .Clealiness helps a lot.Eating of onions(small brown onions preferred) cooked .abuot 150 grams as breakfast ,daily for a month helps fast cure.(You can add spices or taste makers),Vitamin B complex also helps.
Avoid smoking and alcoholic drinks if possible.
