Gundruk It is prepared by drying it in hot sun for many weeks. The taste turns up quite unique in the end. Gundruk is eaten as soup, as achar or as fried vegetable, whichever way preferred. Tomato and potato crumbs are added in soup for enhancement of taste.

Dhindo

The average Nepali people have this as a meal. It is made of different kinds of flours, ranging from wheat to millet (generally maize), which is boiled until thick. Dhindo is eaten with milk, tarkari or dahi (home made yoghurt).
