Can I freeze it?

do you mean indian butter chicken? I normally keep it for 3 days and then let it go. Don't take risks with meat! You could freeze it for upto a month.

i dont know about butter chicken but i freeze the viniger sauce i make and it last for atleast a couple of months

Freeze the left overs but be sure to thoroughly cook it after defrosting.
