Unless you have been a cocaine user for years, then the chances that what you feel is due to a heart attack are really minimum.
In healthy women during reproductive period only heavy smokers can have heart attacks, or the mentioned cocaine abuse.
That does not mean that you may feel chest pain, anxiety, a burning feeling in the middle of your chest and even sleepy arm or hands.
Those conditions are so common that in most of the cases they do not deserve special treatment.
Just go for a medical check up to feel in peace and explain in details what you feel, when and under which circumstances.
Do not worry, I believe everything you have is feeling anxious and tense.

It can happen but its highly unlikely it will unless you already have cardiac problems...most 19 yr olds that think theyre having a heart attack are actually having an anxiety attack.....and if youre stressing over this question and are breathing a little faster than normal.tingling in hands or feet then youre having an anxiety attack....but if you arent sure whats going on then go to the ER..they will definitely tell you if its cardiac or anxiety

It's uncommon - unless there's been an overuse of stimulants, the female is over 100 lbs overweight, or there's a pre-existing heart condition.
Sudden chest pains can be the result of other factors including overexertion (especially in intense heat), dehydration, or a possible panic attack, which mimics the symptoms of a heart attack.

Does heart disease run in your family? If so, you are a candidate for a heart attack. Watch you cholesterol, don't smoke. Lay off the hamburgers and junk food, #1 killers.
Heart attacks have killed younger than 19.
Small petite women are more prone to heart disease. I'm 5'2, 121 lbs and I had a heart attack. myocardiac infarction

Depends on if there is a history of heart disease in your family. But if you are healthy, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
