I always want to go there when I see their commercials. My favorite thing there is the boneless buffalo chicken poppers. I could eat those all day long. I like their blue rasberry slushy to drink. I also like their burgers, spinich dip (and I normally hate spinich), potato skins, chicken and shrimp skillet, fries, caesar salad, and their Cinnabon cheesecake. They have a nice interior and pretty comfy seats also although it's a little too dark feeling. Their greeters are annoying though and the service is slow and could do a better job with listening to orders and getting them right. And once when I left two of their workers were outside smoking cigarettes and they blew smoke right in my face. It was really rude and nasty.

I sort of agree with the person who said parties are better there if you're 21 or over. They are known for their drinks although my friend's sister said the electric lemonade was complete alcohol and way too strong. She had to put a ton of water and ice in it.

TGIs used to be brilliant and have a great reputation... It then seemed to go down hill a bit.

Recently I've been there twice and we had an excellent meal and great service both times... so hopefully it's back on the up!

The Jack Daniels sauce is superb :)

Hope you have a good time!

The first time I went there I really liked it but I went there again years later and my husband and I realized that I can make the things what we order better and twice as much of it for the price. So..now if we want a good dinner, I go to the store. Spend half the money and we can it it again tomorrow. LOL

we went to the one in birmingham at christmas just gone. we were very disapointed as we found the tables to be sticky and everywhere looked grimy and the service had gone down since we last went, the portions were a lot smaller too. if you plan to go make sure you book a table as a couple were there had to wait an hour to be seated, we booked but still had a 15 min wait, think it needs a liitle shake up.

I love the food and selection there, but always wake up with a belly ache the next morning

it's OK. Food is good.

I don't like the "pieces of flair" the wait staff has to wear.

sometimes their enthusiasm for their job comes off as forced.

my main problem with them was when we went for breakfast. I had the normal breakfast and my mum had the veggie one. It was the same price with no meat and nothing else substituted instead. Not even an extra egg. Think its totally unfair. Apart from that its ok!

I've been there once and I haven't gone back. The service was poor and the food mediocre.
