I've tried mostly everything, but I do like a lot of the "US cuisine" for being from Japan, I never really have had food so mild. but I love emu, alligator, and rattlesnake. a lot of Japanese cuisine is wonderful, such as wasabi, and in certain dishes, tofu. i am also very fond of other south american/mexican dishes, seeing as to how they love spicy foods.

Let's see....

American (of various regions), Canadian, Mexican, Cuban, Brazilian, Peruvian, Argentine, Central American, New Zealand, Hawaiian, French Polynesian, Singapore, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (many varieties), Vietnamese, Thai, Burmese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Filipino, Indian (many varieties), Ethiopian, Moroccan, East African (Kenya/Tanzania), South African, Greek, Turkish, Armenian, Russian, Italian (many varieties), Spanish, Basque, French, Dutch, Belgian, German, Swiss, Swedish, Norwegian, English and Scottish, Irish, Carribean... and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few.

My favorite... is a blend of the best from all cultures that I prepare myself from fresh local ingredients. I've come home from my travels with recipes and local spices from all over the world, and I just love creating my own "fusion" menus. It's a lot of fun!

Cuban --) everything
Brazilian-- steaks
Argentinian--churrasco(chimichurri sauce)
italian-- anything
Spanish-- anything
american-- fast food lol, soul food is good
greek--anything traditional
messycan lol only in mexico (traditional home made)
will try anything once, it helps me get a feel for the country, I think trying the food will help you get to know the country, it will bring up a lot of questions.
What I hate? These Chefs that start mixing eveything and calling them the same name etc.. So you order traditional black beans soup and you get black beans soup tasting sweet. Its ok to mix, but I think it should be left up to me at home.
