USDA definition of organic food here
http://www.ams.usda.gov/nop/Consumers/brochure.html

Natural could mean the food was not processed or a whole host of other things...more than likely it is a marketing ploy to get the customer to think their product is "organic" as defined above.

"Organic Food" is grown without synthetically made fertilizers and pesticides which can contain toxins and hormones. Organic meats and dairy are grown without hormones and antibiotics which people can react too when eating these types of products. Organic food also must be handled and processed in specific ways to not allow these same dangerous substances to be introduced to the food before it is sold at market.

"All Natural" means there haven't been any synthetic additives to the product since it was killed or harvested. All Natural products are a step down from the organic (and therefore usually slightly less expensive) because the food can be treated with pesticides and other substances when grown but labeled "all natural" because no preservatives or synthetic substances were added to the final product after harvest or slaughter.

Those who are instructed to eat only organic by their doctor should not substitute "all natural" products. They should also research the brands of organic food they by and pay attention to organic news. There is a battle between factory farms and organic farms to get rid of, change, and bend the organic standards to allow factory farms to label and market their non-organic food as organic.

Organic is raised with no pesticides and only natural fertilizer - means it is covered in sh-t. Natural has no meaning as you can soak guar beans in bleach until they become gummy - scrape off the gum and throw away the pod - add the gum to ice cream - and call the ice cream "All Natural". GO FIGURE. If organic wheat is processed into flour and the wheat has bugs, you get them ground into what you eat. SORRY no pesticides allowed. OH -AND BEST OF ALL _ YOU GET TO PAY MORE FOR ALL NATURAL OR ORGANIC and they do not have to prove how it was raised or processed. So they charge more calling it "organic" and it was bleached and soaked in pesticide. They figure what you don't know won't hurt you. HAVE FUN

In the least organic means grown with a minimum amount of pesticides and is non genetically modified. It could also include the use of natural fertilizers and often the crops are grown on land that has been rotated and sometimes furrowed.

Organic food hasn't been in contact with chemical pesticides or fertilizers. When these things are used they're natural products (like fertlizing with compost).
