1 clove garlic
1 cucumber
1/2 Tsp. olive oil

Tzatziki Sauce
Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

2 Small Cucumbers, Peeled, Seeded & Diced
1 1/4 cup Yogurt
2 Tbls Olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
4 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbls Fresh dill, chopped
White pepper
Salt




1) Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

2) Blend yogurt mixture with a whip until smooth.

3) Dry cucumbers by patting with paper towels.

4) Add Cucumbers and dill to yogurt mixture.

4) Salt and pepper to taste.

5) Serve with Gyros or as a dipping sauce.

HERE YOU GO AUTHENTIC AND DELIUOS SOUNDING


AUTHENTIC TZASIKI SAUCE


1/3 cup cucumber chopped then

crushed to pulp (throw away skin, seeds

and scooped out pulp. After pulping with

a food processor drain off most pulp juice

and throw juice away.)

1/3 teaspoon dried dill weed

6 oz. regular plain yogurt (Do not use

low-fat)

Optional:1 tablespoon canned milk

1 ½ teaspoon sugar or "Splenda"

1/8 teaspoon, garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Pinch of cayenne pepper



Place everything in a blender to blend thoroughly.

Refrigerate sauce overnight for it to reset (thicken) before using.

Cover tight and store any leftover sauce in refrigerator until next use, up to one week.

Makes enough sauce for 8-10 sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:
2 (8 ounce) containers plain yogurt

DIRECTIONS:
