Polyuria (peeing alot), weight loss and polydipsia (really thirsty all the time) and classic symptoms. Not all need to be present. 95% of diabetics are overweight and therefore diabetic. Weight loss can cure type II diabetes if done so early enough after the diagnosis. Although those people need to be watched closely as their risk is higher. I have had patients get off their pills and even insulin shots (type II) with weight loss. Pure type I diabetes can't be cured at this time although beta cells w (make insulin and found in pancreases) transplants are a possibility in the future Follow with your doc if you have any of these symtoms.

Many signs, the most common and self recognized are frequent urination, continuously thirsty so you drink a lot, poor blood circulation to the feet and legs which can cause peripheral neuropathy (tingling to numbness in the toes, feet and legs), light headedness (like when you stand up quickly from a stooping or sitting position. These are all signs of possible diabetes.

The only sure way to know though is to go to a doctor and get yourself tested to find out. If you are diabetic then you need to get on a treatment schedule as quickly as possible.

Good luck and I hope you aren't.

Diabetes cannot be cured so far just taken care of. Seroquel does cause a high rate of people who take it to develop Diabetes so I do suspect Seroquel gave it to you. Go see a doctor and get rid of Seroquel! (With your Doctor's permission first.) Good luck and be careful
