yes, i had it during my adolescence. its a kind of cold allergy or a type of "Raynaud" Disease. Most heal by adulthood but you should see an "Allergy" doctor.
Try to keep out of cold..

Have you had any other symptoms? The cold hands alone don't necessarily mean anything, but there are some conditions that cause problems when people get cold. If you don't have any other symptoms I would not be too concerned - but if you have other problems be sure to talk to your doctor about it .

i dont get it on my hands but if i have to ice something and its too wet or i leave it on for too long i get like freezerburn/frostbite.
just rub some aloe on it. itll help
