1 - Dice 1/2 medium size tomato.
2 - Start heating up fry pan over medium heat.
3 - Beat two eggs together.
4 - Put some butter (about 1 TBSP) in the pan.
5 - When the butter is melted, add the eggs.
6 - As the eggs start to cook, add the diced tomato in the center third of the eggs.
7 - Add salt and pepper to taste.
8 - Once the eggs start to set up (about 1 to 2 minutes) fold the left third over the center and then the right third.
9 - Flip your omelet over and let cook another 30 seconds or so.
10 - put your tomato omelet on a plate and eat it.
P.S. Always remember that the eggs will continue to cook a bit after you remove them from the pan. Remember: If the eggs are done in the pan, they will be overdone on the plate.

first, do you know how to make an omelette?
scramble 2 eggs, dice up your tomato and whatever other ingredients you want to add, heat to medium a good non stick skillet about 6" across with some oil spray, pour in eggs, do not stir! but lift up edges of cooking egg (looks kind of like a pancake at this point) just a bit and tilt pan to let uncooked egg to go underneath and continue to cook until everything looks pretty cooked but not dry. Shaking the pan a bit helps to move egg around and keep it cooking evenly. Put your skillet's handle at a 3 o'clock position on the stove and fill the Left half of your egg pancake with tomato or cheese or whatever. (now if you want your ingredients cooked before they go inside the omelette then this should already be done in another skillet and ready before you begin cooking the eggs) so then pile your ingredients onto that left side and if you pan is indeed non-stick you should then be able to flip the R side of your egg pancake over the L side with a rubber spatula. Grab a plate with your L hand, skillet in your R and put the edge of the skillet over the plate and slide the omellete carefully onto your plate. Turn off your stove, Grab your fork and enjoy!

Not exactly sure what you mean by that, but I make veggie omelettes all of the time...just put your eggs (or egg beaters) in a bowl, add a little milk, whisk it up, pour it in a fry pan and then sprinkle on salt and pepper. Then, lay your tomato (and whatever else) on the mixture in the pan...when you can lift the pan and nothing runs on the top of the omelette, slide it onto a plate and then flop it back into the pan so the other side gets cooked...it only takes a few minutes, and then you can put cheese on top (if you choose)...it's easy and a great meal!!! Good luck!!!!

Here:
Smokey Bacon & Tomato Omelette
3 eggs 3
2 tbsp Hellmann's Bacon & Tomato 30 mL
pinch salt and pepper pinch
1 tsp butter or margarine 5 mL
2 tbsp diced, seeded tomatoes 30 mL
1/2 green onion, chopped 1/2
2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese 30 mL
In bowl, beat together eggs, Hellmann’s Bacon & Tomato, salt and pepper.
In 8-inch (20 cm) non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, melt margarine. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set at the edges, use a spatula to gently push cooked portions to the centre, tilting skillet to allow the uncooked egg to flow into empty spaces.
When egg is almost set on surface but still looks moist, fill half of omelette with tomatoes, onions and sprinkle with cheese. Slip spatula under unfilled side, fold over filling and slide onto serving plate.

With or Without Eggs?
You can do it 2 ways. You can slice and pan-fry thins slices of tomatoes with your favorite seasoning and THEN add the Egg mixture and pull the tomatoes gently, or just use diced tomatoes.
