The best way would be to butcher it, and roast the parts of it individually, like the legs and things, maybe making parts into steaks and stuff.
They're big animals, a whole one would probably be a bit much anyway.
And hey, veggies, you're being intolerant of his beliefs, you bigots!

Don't know about roast but I have screwed a goat or 2 and they're great.

stick an apple in it's mouth, give it a bath, and roast on outdoor pit. Hence, a goat roast
