no it is not common at all for a 19 year old to have a heart attack. right now you probably have an anxiety problem triggered by your fears or phobias of having a heart attack. i would suggest talking to a professional about how you worry so much. counseling and medication can help you believe that you are just fine.

no way!! Unless there is a pre-existing heart condition, or risk factors such as diabetes, obesity, or MAYBE high cholesterol. If this person is anorexic of bulemic that could lead to it to. Low potassium levels can make a heart attack happen. Other causes are blood clot near the heart. There could be a number of reasons why the heart attack happened.

NO madam its not common due to the harmones are taking care of the girls heart. Thus the girls are attacking the boys making them more prone for "heart attack"

there is a movie with Richard Gere and Winona Rider about a girl with heart problems and heart attacks
i have a friend who is 24 and she has had 11 in her life
she has a doctor on call at all times but she lives a normal life

No it isn't. That is a serious sign of heart and health problems. It is usually older adults later in life who have heart attacks.

It could be a panic or anxiety attack. Or it could just be bad heartburn. You get that pain in your chest. Try burping to relieve the gas pressure
