I hate to say it but as a man, we want some protein and it bettter have been something that walks or swims I think 2 lamb chops would fit right into this menu, broiled to a med rare on a little mound of cous cous. Still looks classy and light

The salad sounds ok. And actually the spinach sounds good, but not for a romantic dinner. Spinach has a way of finding a home in the small spaces between teeth. And there's nothing worse than trying to get romantic with someone with popeye teeth.

It sounds okay if you are both vegetarians. But I am assuming that your date is a male, and the menu just doesn't sound like a meal a MAN would like to have! Give him something more substantial than that. Men like meat! And go for something a little more decadent than cinnamon cake for dessert.

Add some oysters for the appetizer, then you'll be good to go, but don't forget a toothbrush for the spinach

Sounds good to me. May have to make that myself sometime. Don't forget all the great recipe sites out there. allrecipes.com, cooks.com, texascook.com, just to name a few.
