Tylenol or Ibuprofen (Aleve, Advil) to help with aches & pains, sore throat, etc, increase fluid intake (esp Vit C--orange juice), keep your feet warm by soaking them in warm water (and yes, socks), use OTC Nyquill, Alka-selzer plus, cold tabs, etc, and plenty of chicken noodle soup with pepper & garlic powder in it which breaks up congestion along with hot, steamy showers. Hope you feel better soon.

Avoid drinking cold water. When you come back from working out or a walk, give yourself some time before you hit the jar of water. Don't put your A.C on full. Your body may not be actually capable of doing that. Wear your socks even if you are not wearing your shoes.

Take zinc and vitamin C. Make sure you're getting plenty of fluids, and rest. That clears up colds for me. :)

Hope you feel better soon!
