Soy, Almond, or Rice Milk....
BUT be sure you buy ORGANIC and read the label for other ingredients!! Because some of those companies add "Natural Flavor" which is basically a chemical most of the time.
The BEST is Organic Valley Soy Milk. Another that comes to mind is Kikkoman Pearl Soy.
When you buy those that add Vanilla or Chocolate they normally have Evaporate Cane juice in them...if you are trying to avoid sugar just choose "plain".

Wouldn't soy milk qualify? It's made from soybeans. A trip to the supermarket and reading some labels...also try the Whole Foods or Trader Joe's stores.
