1) Handful of almonds
2) bowl, immerse in filtered water overnight.
3) blender with fresh filtered water.
4) Add a date, cinnamon, raw cocao if you like that.
Way better tasting, way better for you.
Young Coconut milk is great too.
Dissect a white coconut, scoop out the flesh and use the coconut water to blend a VERY rich drink.

Yes!
Soy, Rice, Multi-Grain, Oat, Walnut... it goes on and on. Pretty muck any grain, nut, or seed can be turned into milk. You can either make it yourself (I usually use about 3/4 C some nut and blend with a little water to make a paste then keep adding water till it looks a little thinner than dairy milk and tastes okay. Add desired sweetener and/or vanilla or almond flavoring/extract). Silk (soymilk) is the most common and can be found in most supermarkets in either the dairy or health-food section or at health food stores.

Wouldn't soy milk be for vegans? It is made primarily of soy bean. Which does not come from an animal.

Well, by definition, no...but presumably you mean "milk substitute". "Soy Milk", made from soybeans, is the usual suspect. Different brands have different tastes, so sample different brands to see which you like best. I find it in most supermarkets these days, although it used to be a specialty "health food" item.
You can also get vanilla flavored, chocolate flavored, etc. soy milk. I like vanilla, myself.
