HIV is found in many, if not most, body fluids to some degree. The blood is simply where it is found in the highest concentrations. Part of the problem is that they don't really know at what concentration HIV becomes truly transmissible and infectious, or so they say to assume that any contact with bodily fluids (including semen, vaginal secretions, saliva, etc.) could result in HIV transmission.

Blood, pre-***, semen, vaginal secretions and breast milk all contain high concentrations of HIV and can lead to transmission. Saliva, sweat, urine and tears can have the virus in them, but in such a low concentration they have never been known to transmit the virus. If however there is blood in these fluids, the risk is much higher. You should consult your Doctor about these questions, or at the very least check out www.thebody.com. Take Care and stay safe.

Hello,
Hiv is blood borne, and it is also found in body fluids as well like semen and stuff.

it is found in Saliva but little amount, for a person to be infected they have to drink a bucket of the person saliva.

Hiv is transmitted via blood to blood as hiv virus travels in the blodd stream

Take care and God bless

It is found in the blood and body fluids, that is why you need to wear a condom, It is not because the person might be bleeding during sex, it is his ejaculation; that is fluids from his body (semen) that has the virus.
