I have diabetes, but I tend to be more light headed in the morning, after I've been lying down for about 12 hours. I live at a relitively high altitude, and I have low blood preassure. When I have a low blood sugar, I usually get irritable, distracted, and have uncontrolable shaking. Also, the blood pounds through my veins.
My doctor did tell my mom once how to check if fainting was due to low blood sugar or low blood preassure. If its blood sugar, the pulse will be racing, trying to get what little sugar there is in the body where it needs to go. If its low blood preassure, the pulse will be slow and faint.
Still, I would have it checked. Feeling like you're going to pass out all the time really sucks. Good luck!

This is not something to guess about. If you have a persistent feeling of lightheadedness and you always feel like you are going to black out and faint, you need to see a doctor right away and let her/him do the diagnosis. But diabetes cannot be self-diagnosed. See a doctor!!

You could be or maybe you are not eating enough or the right things. It could be that your are hypoglycemic which is just a fancy word for low blood sugar. I think you should get a complete physical and make sure you talk to your Dr. about how you have been feeling.

It certainly is possible but you may also be dehydrated or perhaps you haven't eaten enough. You could also have low blood pressure. Go get this checked by a doctor if it has continued for more than 48 hours.

it's possible but it can be many other things too. Maybe dietary inbalance, the heat, also if your severly dehydrated or anemic you will see those symptoms as well. Brain Tumors, consticted veins in the brain as well as other disease can cause the symptoms that you speak of. The best thing to do is to get a second opinion to rule it out. I pray that you will be okay or who ever your talking about will be okay. Take care of yourself.

Could possibly be, but it could be hypoglycemia, which is when your blood sugar is too low, which can eventually lead to diabetes. You could also be dehydrated or just hungry. Feed yourself. There could be many reasons explaining those symptoms, but if they're persistent, you should really see a doctor before it gets too serious.
