Try changing his diet and giving him a different type of dog food. Also, if you are feeding him any type of people food that could be why he's having so much gas.

Take all the advice listed already. However, this is not a "respiratory" question! This is a gastrointestinal issue! Humans nor animals "fart" from their lungs! lol

Lamb is easy to digest.
Make sure you buy the correct brand for the size dog.
Dried liver treats or carrots.
Dry food.
Plenty of drinking water.
No table food.

change his diet but at the same time stick to the same diet don't feed him unnormal food like table scraps. stick with one kind of food. might not stop him but it'll slow him down. And hes just like us if we didn't fart of burp we would explode.
