Oh My gosh,
If you have Syphillis you need to be treated Immediately--like, Tomorrow! MY aunt died of Syphillis (and Aids), and if Syphillis goes untreated it will cause very severe brain damage...And Yes, you can catch Syphillis through kissing. Even though it is a Blood/Fluid disease that is transmitted like HIV--sometimes people have "ulcers" on the inside of their mouth, which can be contagious of they kiss someone with a cut in their mouth.
But, go to this website to find out.
As for your boyfriend, you need to tell him honestly if you have Syphillis--tell him! And you need to tell him NOW that you have cheated on him. You can't have a relationship based on lies. That would make your whole marriage a lie. My Granny always taught me that "what is done in the dark, will come to light". Its just a matter of time until he finds out. He better find out from you.

OK, let me get this straight...you cheated on your fiance' and caught an STD, and now you say you're "worried about him" and you "don't want to lose him"? You didn't appear too worried about him when you cheated on him. Plus, cheating is a really loud way of saying "I don't want to be with you anymore." Either your fiance' has a real low self-esteem, or is just plain stupid. (no offense dude, if you're reading this w/ her).
Honestly, I think you have bigger problems with your relationship than worrying about him catching Syphilis. But to answer your question, check out the links in the source section. Oh, and Syphilis IS treatable, so get treatment for it A.S.A.P...these links will also tell you how (more) messed up you'll get if you don't get treatment.

Yes he can. Syphilis is spread through oral, anal, or vaginal sex, or via intimate touching or kissing. Mothers can pass it to their babies by touching syphilis sores (chancres) and then touching the baby. Syphilis is a bacterial infection and can be treated with antibiotics. Go to your doctor and have them test you for it, and write a prescription for some antibiotics. Once it has cleared up your boyfriend can not get it from you.
You CAN NOT get syphilis by having someone breathe on you, like the guy about said. It is an STD not the airborne virus like the flu.

certain. also syphilis, hepatitis, gonorrhea, herpes . . . is often spread by using kissing. A study in tremendous Britain, stumbled on info that HPV may nicely be transmitted from one's fingers to a better half's genitals. subsequently, some lawmakers are pushing for further proper labeling of condoms so the established public is easily-known with that no barrier contraceptive approach can thoroughly preserve antagonistic to the virus.

it depends on what your kissing luv....if you gave the man a hummer yes you can catch an std if he ejaculates in your mouth, through kissing though that is harder you would have to have an open sore or cut in your mouth and he would have to have the same kind of open sore or cut then maybe there is a possibility but very slim hun k

No-- if there were no open sores in the mouth of the infected person, then the 'kissee' cannot become infected. Usually it involves bodily transfusions (which CAN mean saliva, but not in this case.)

More info there -- =)
DO NOT have sexual relations with your fiance until you are SURE about the preventatives and risks involved. And how are you going to tell him about contracting this disease? Good luck-- I hope everything turns out okay.

You are saying you had sex outside of the relationship with a person who is infected????? What are you doing? Are you saying you have been diagnosed? You can do better than this. I do not want to lose him is not good enough.
