We want to buy cans/bottles, not a keg. A case holds 24 cans. How many cases do you think I need to buy? I was thinking about 10 cases. Do you think that is suffiencient? (I'd much rather have too much than not enough). Please keep in mind that there are some heavy beer drinkers; but I also am serving wine and some mixed drinks.
Thanks!

Assuming they all drink.. and you buy 12oz cans or bottles... You should have at least five 30pks.

That 150 beers. Everyone will be able to have 2 beers, with 30 leftovers. But... I'd guess some people will have 10 beers that night... so I'd say get nine 30pks, or save by getting a keg and a bottle of vodka.

I would buy 13 cases that is enough for 5 beers a person, if you don't want a rowdy party I would only by 5 cases or so this allows only 2 beers a person but that would be kinda boring. If you have shots also this could cut down on beer drinking also but it could increase your cost. Have a good time but remember not to Drink and Drive♥ and don't let your guests either♥

Well if they are like some of my friends, you'll need a 12 pack a piece. But probably 10 cases with a beer run if needed will be just fine. People can drink a lot at an all nighter.

Don't provide beer, maybe 1 or two cases in the back fridge just in case people run out but otherwise BYOB.

Bring your own booze. Providing beer for 60 people makes you look desperate for friends.

duklin has a good thought, but 2 per hour is kinda high considering you are responsible for these people when they leave. Plus, some people are going to do the wine and mixed drinks. So 1 per hour per person you should not run out.

depends on on who drinks how much and how many like beer. I would say maybe six or seven cases. Plus some coolers for something sweet.

pretty sure you said a PARTY.. and screw 2 per hr.. if you have heavy drinkers they will drink 12-18 themselves.. so for 60 people.. hmm 12-15 cases at least!
