Ordoñez in Montebello hands down! I don't drink, so I can't comment on their margaritas, but I did have a White Russian there years ago and it was yummy. As for the food, it's authentic and DELISH!!! The menu even has peasant food items like chicharrones en chile verde and menudo.

Ordoñez is on Garfield Av just south of the 60 fwy. Take the 60 and exit Garfield, you'll see a golf course there. The restaurant is across the street form the golf course, in a "strip" next to a church. Strip... think mini-mall, shopping strip, a building like that. The other restaurants in the strip are Chinese Gardens and La Costa.

¡Buen provecho!
