Course of procaine penicillin was the drug of choice .even in vietnam 1969 - 74 i was there. till the advent of NORFLOXACIN just one 800 mg tablet with plenty of water for a fresh case we were amazed in india.. even now Norfloxacin is simple safe sure and dirt cheap.
Caution: if the bug has spread deeper into the prostate, testes, joints, cervix, tubes and beyond, the dose is prolonged accordingly. the spouse and the partners are treated simultaneously. and the community health worker sent to the sex workers place too.
if the smears show different bugs also, then other germkillers shown in sensitivity tests may have to be added. u can bribe the jailor to get Norflox for u and the donor.

Medications used to treat gonorrhea include ceftriaxone, cefixime, spectinomycin, ciprofloxacin, and ofloxacin. Ceftriaxone and doxycycline or azithromycin are often given simultaneously to treat possible co-existing chlamydia (in pregnant women, erythromycin should be substituted for the aforementioned anti-chlamydial agents).

based on your other questions, it sounds like you are trying to self diagnose and self treat your condition. DON'T DO THIS. please see a doctor. the problem is... there is more than one strain of this disease...some stronger than others. you need to get assessed and treated by a professional. and please!!!! don't have intimate relations until you are treated by a professional. this would be so unfair to your partners.
