I have read that Americans and Europeans taste salty. Asians taste best due to the rice/fish based diet. That's just what I've heard, no idea if there's any truth there. Entrails are guts and organs though, aren't they? Wouldn't you wonder more of the meat taste (muscle)? Watching the Globe Trekker show, I learned that dog meat tastes sour. Hope that piece of trivia helps you in your quest to annoy and gross out friends.

Well, human meat is supposed to taste very like pork, so maybe entrails the same as well.
