I see. I got the previous question when you asked if you could be Diabetic.
Just because you have had your tubes tied does not mean you can't get pregnant. You still could be pregnant. My wife's tubes were tied and she got pregnant with our 5th child. Sadly she miscarried.
The symptoms are somewhat close in nature between Diabetes and Pregnancy.
What I would do is to go to the drug store and get a glucose meter and check your blood. If you've eaten something give yourself about 3 hours before you test. Test and record the results. Then wait till you awake the next morning and test again.
If the results are higher than 110 or lower than 70 you need to see a doctor immeditately.
Hasving said all that there is another possibility. It sounds like it could also be heat realted illiness. Next time you urinate look at your stream if it is clear. You might be suffering from dehydration.

I think the answer is... Having your tubes tied would not cause your blood sugar to change, Diabetes is caused from your liver not producing or producing to much insuline. Call your doctor.

What? If you are dizzy, light headed, naseaus, and whatever else you may be talking about, yeah, it could be blood sugar, but it could also be from the heat. Try to keep cool and hydrated. If that doenst help, call the doctor. If it is blood sugar related, it can be very serious.
