The machine is the Breeze 3030 by Goldmetal.
I also wanted to clean it before I used it. Do I take it apart to do this ?

You have to remove the main tub and clean that. Then after all the parts are dry, you pour the flavored sugar into the center container and turn the machine on. after a few minutes you will notice the Cotton candy forming, just start running the tube around the tub and fill it up! yummmmmm...

And just a tip for when your scooping up the string candy, don't twirl the paper conearound the inside of the machine, that will make the candy stiff and not fluffy. Instead wait until alot builds up the sccop it out with the paper cone and twirl it in the air, thats how you get it really poofy.

Get some cotton and string it through the machine, and then add some sugar to the cotton then put that in the oven for about 5 minutes.

You have to buy the sugar if you haven't already.
There should be a spot to put the sugar in. Once the sugar is in, just turn it on and it should go. There may be a warm-up period required.
Basically, it melts the sugar and blows it through the little holes and it chrstallizes when it hits the air in long strands.

You have to buy special sugar. regular sugar will break it. Go to you local rental store, they rent and sell cotton candy machines.

Turn on machine.Pure a forth of a cup of suger in center of spinning moter. collect the filaments that are gather on the side on a long stick or cone.
