I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. Yes you can and you don't have to have any cuts in your mouth because what goes into your mouth either goes straight into your bloodstream through the salivary glands or via your stomach. If you get this from the bottom end what makes you think you can't get it from the top end as well, after all both ends have direct access into the body. There is also gonorrhoea, also called the kissing disease because they usually have an open sore on or by their
mouth.

Absolutely, positively YES!!! Anyone who tells you anything else is either LYING or just plain WRONG. The transfer of the HIV virus is dependent on the transfer of bodily fluids, especially blood. If you have a cut or an open sore in your mouth then you can get it via oral sex. Although if you do not have an open sore or cut in your mouth you are less likely to get it, it is still possible. Better safe sex than sorry - use a condom, or abstain.

It's possible, yes. If someone has a cut in their mouth and there is an exchange of bodily fluids, there is always a risk of HIV.

recent evidence demonstrated the transmission thru oral sex....

Possible but not likely. Something in saliva seems to kill the HIV virus. I would not want to chance it, though.
