If you are a nursing student, this is how I can help you. I do not have links to lead you to view a sample but I have hints to lead you to make your own plan. TB seem to be an uncomplicated one to draft a nursing care plan. First go back to your assessments and figure out the problems you can identify. Alterations in Respiration? Alteration in comfort/Discomforts? Inability to sleep? Nutritional deficits? Alteration to relate to others? Think well, and list them according to the hierarchy of needs. Do first the actual problems then the potential ones.
It is the most important step to identify the problems. Ones you have identified all the rest is as easy as 123. Think of your plan on each problem and what interventions to solve or resolve the problem. You need to reAd on TB to understand best every details which is important for you to know and I will tell you once you got to know you will say BINGO!
