Chest pain could mean two things-nothing or something. It could be not harmful nor fearful as it might just be due to some muscle pain but if you often feel it watch out. Chest pain could be a sign of any of ailments of the heart or lungs as well. I am not giving you a diagnosis but if such chest pain persist better to go and see your doctor.Better to be sure of its cause and do not wait for it to get worst. Love and care for your self.Go and see a physician and your question wil have a definite answer.

Usually serious chest pains are on the left or in the middle.You may have pulled a muscle or have trapped wind or indegestion. If you are worried check it out with your doctor though.

Without knowing any of your medical history, or any other symptoms, the frequency and exact location of the pain, no one here can give you an answer that would have any merit.
If you want to know if it's serious, you should see your family physican.

If it is high in the chest it may be pain in intercostal muscles or pleuritic pain if you have any type lung infection. I would not worry too much about it.

Possibly , get some test done now. Dont toy with these things they can be serious
