no it can't. when hiv is present in the air or water the strength of the hiv virus is lessen...

From what i Know and observe, this is impossible, not even through other mediums which does not include the HIV carriers' blood, saliva or any body fluid.

But people still have to be aware and protective over such issues.

No. It can't survive in normal air. .... no way to survive in tap water.

doubtfull althuogh the viruse is veralint in its inviroment, out side that it is very fragile and dies easely quickly
