Are you serious? Why would you want to? Blood is what contains the HIV virus and allows it to travel. Typically, it is difficult to contract HIV from someone with HIV unless you've had unprotected sex with that person or if you've been sharing needles. The other exceptions is if you come in contact with the blood, through an open wound or a bite.

Yes you can be infected due to the following reasons
1/ If the first user is positive -then he will have left some viruses on the cup which you have probably swallowed and got into your blood system through any opening in your allementary canal
2/And again the virus is the tinniest known deseases causing organisms that can take upto a bout 8 hours in a wet atmosphere

Finally - go for a medical check up - and GOD be with you

HIV transmission is unlikely in the way you have described. The blood would have to come into contact with an open sore in your own mouth or gums. Generally HIV is hard to catch....it pretty much needs to be fresh infected bodily fluids directly contacting a open source into your bloodstream.

the virus is very weak, and will not survive outside of the body for very long,a matter of seconds in fact ,
as far as blood transmission through kissing both people would have to have severe open cuts in the mouth or bleeding gums, even then the risk is not great,
some of the answers you'll receive are not serious ones if you have a question like this its best to go to a proper website or talk to a proffesional

Well, if you have a sore or cut in your mouth, then it's risky. It's the same with kissing. Doctor's usually advise that it is only safe to kiss a person with HIV if neither of you have any sores, cuts, or bleeding within the mouth. Why risk it? Just use your own cup.

It's possible to catch it, but very unlikely. The virus does not survive well in the mouth or stomach, and it won't survive long in tap water.
